I've Been on the Other Side of the Phone.

Before I started helping business financing companies generate deal flow, I was the guy trying to close the deals.

I spent years in sales, including selling business financing to small and midsize business owners. MCAs. Lines of credit. Working capital.

I know what it's like to get to the office, pull up your CRM, grab a list and start dialing. I know the feeling of finally getting a business owner on the phone, uncovering a real need for capital, getting the app, chasing the statements, submitting the deal, getting an approval and trying to get it across the finish line.

And I also know the other side of it.

Bad data. Disconnected numbers. Merchants who have already been called by half the industry. Business owners who were supposedly “leads” but had absolutely no interest in financing. Hours spent prospecting just to find a handful of conversations worth having.

Eventually I realized something:

$ echo $THESISThe financing industry doesn't have a data problem. It has an opportunity problem.

There are millions of businesses you could contact. The difficult part is identifying the right merchant, at the right time, with the right reason to have a conversation.

After leaving business financing, I continued building my career in B2B sales. Over more than a decade in sales, I became obsessed with the machinery behind customer acquisition: targeting, data, cold outreach, messaging, automation, qualification, follow-up, sales systems.

And eventually those two worlds collided.

I looked back at business financing and realized that despite all the technology available today, much of the industry was still playing the same game. Buy the data. Hammer the UCCs. Give it to the closers. Dial until somebody bites. Then buy another list and start again.

Business financing was stuck in the Matrix. The same data. The same merchants. The same generic pitches. The same brokers fighting for the same attention.

And I became convinced there had to be a better way. So I decided to build it.

Today, my focus is simple: help business financing brokers & ISOs build predictable deal flow through modern B2B outbound.

Not by dumping another spreadsheet of 10,000 business owners into your CRM. But by building targeted acquisition systems designed to identify businesses that fit your funding criteria, reach them with messaging relevant to their world, generate interest, and put qualified merchant opportunities in front of your sales team.

Because I remember what it's like sitting in that chair. Closers want to close. They want conversations. They want apps. They want statements. They want submissions. They want deals on the board.

And the more time your best salespeople spend digging through garbage data trying to find someone worth talking to, the less time they're doing what you hired them to do.

$ echo $THESISThat's the problem we're here to solve. Build a better pipeline. Create better conversations. Give closers more opportunities to do what they do best.

Qualified Merchants → Conversations → Apps → Submissions → Fundings.

The old way isn't the only way. It's time to break out of the Matrix.
